Our Return Policy
Sometimes you may need to return an item, maybe it was the wrong size or you ordered the wrong item. Returns are easy just follow these simple steps to return an item. All Returns must have a Return Authorization number and a copy of the original invoice to be considered for credit. Merchandise found to be defective will be replaced or credited. Returns of unused items must be in resalable condition, in original package, and is subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns must be returned to PMZ freight prepaid. You can email us at pmz@pmzgroup.com. In the email tell us you are requesting an RA Number, give us the original invoice number and we will respond as soon as we receive your request.

WARRANTY
WARRANTY Purchasers understand and recognize that racing parts and equipment and all parts, inventory and services manufactured and/or sold by PMZ Group are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used. Purchasers and PMZ Group consciously desire to make their own bargain, irrespective of any court decision, and purchasers agree upon good faith and in consideration for being allowed to purchase from PMZ Group said parts or services. Purchasers expressly acknowledge and understand that PMZ Group does not make any affirmation of fact or promise to purchase which relates to said parts, inventory, or services that becomes part of the basis of the bargain with purchasers. Nor does PMZ Group make, or cause to be made, as a part of the basis of the bargain with purchasers any description or affirmation of fact concerning any sample, product, model of racing parts, and equipment inventory or service(s). As further consideration for purchasers using PMZ Group racing parts and equipment any and all inventory and services, purchasers acknowledge that due to the differing conditions and circumstances under which all equipment and parts are installed and used, purchasers are not relying on PMZ Group skill or judgment to select or furnish the proper part or equipment. Purchasers expressly affirm that they are relying upon their own skill or judgment to select and purchase suitable goods. PMZ Group makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, to purchasers. There is no warranty of merchantability made to purchases. PMZ Group further excludes any implied warranty of fitness with respect to racing and equipment, any and all inventory, and service. It is expressly understood and agreed between purchasers and PMZ Group that as part of the bargain between PMZ Group and purchasers, and in consideration of doing business with each other, all purchasers take, select and purchase said racing parts, equipment, any and all inventory, or services from PMZ Group "as is" and with "all faults" and PMZ Group shall always provide purchaser with a full and complete opportunity to examine, at purchasers' leisure and convenience, any racing parts, and equipment, any and all inventory or services when purchaser contemplates purchasing from PMZ Group. If, and in the event that purchaser expressly or implied cause representation, or statements or affirmations of fact contrary to this disclaimer of all warranties, expressed or implied, than purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PMZ Group by any purchaser. Purchaser(s) understand and agree that no officer, director, employee, or salesman of PMZ Group has any authority to make any statements contrary to the terms of this agreement. On the contrary, PMZ Group disavows any statement contrary to what is herein above written. All special orders are to be prepaid and no refund is given on special orders. If an error was made on our behalf we will be glad to replace it up to the purchased valve. After receiving the item in its resalable condition and originally container and determining the error was on our behalf we will exchange it. Any error on your part we will be happy to accept the part in a resalable condition along with its original container and packing; offer up to a 50% credit of the sale value. Any charge back or returned check due to insufficient funds will incur an NSF fee of $35.00, per invoice.
