While you do not need to have a retail location (home-based businesses are acceptable), you must be prepared to be in the business of re-selling racecar parts and performance equipment or be a chassis builder, race preparation shop or racing team.
An initial stocking order of $1000.00 at wholesale prices excluding freight is required. All parts on the initial order must be billed and shipped at the same time.
Shipments are F.O.B. Lynchburg, VA or our Mid West Warehouse. A dealer must maintain a specific minimum annual wholesale volume, determined by their location and type of business. Orders over $1250.00 are shipped 1/2 freight. Dealer is responsible for insurance, crate, & residential charges from carriers.
PAYMENT TERMS: All orders must be shipped COD or prepaid via check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, PMZ Card) unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
NOTE: There is a $10 service charge for COD's per box. No drop shipment fees and we will not put any literature or sales flyers advertising our company in the box.
